The programme arranged was an Open House, conducted by senior devotees Mr. ML Chuahan and Dr. Sudhir Sharma

To begin with, Mr. ML Chauhan started the programme with prayer, followed by welcome of participants and introduction about Gurudeva including Yogoda Satsanga Society of India. He, then, explained the correct meditation posture and its importance. Thereafter, he requested Dr. Sudhir Sharma to conduct the further proceedings of Open House.

This was followed by instructions and practice on Guided Meditation for about twenty minutes. Then Visualization Technique was practiced for about five minutes.
